Job Description:

We are seeking a well-experienced and creative Cake & Pastry Chef for our newly opened pure vegetarian outlet at South Ex-II. The ideal candidate should have expertise in crafting high-quality, eggless cakes, pastries, and desserts with modern presentation, creativity, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide range of eggless cakes, pastries, desserts, and bakery items
• Innovate and introduce new vegetarian dessert varieties
• Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen
• Handle all aspects of preparation, baking, decorating, and finishing
• Ensure consistent taste, texture, and appearance of all items
• Manage inventory and minimize wastage
• Train and guide junior staff when required
• Coordinate with the outlet manager for production planning
• Maintain cleanliness and proper kitchen workflow

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pastry & bakery, preferably in a vegetarian setup
• Strong knowledge of eggless baking techniques
• Expertise in decoration, finishing, and styling of cakes and desserts
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Must be presentable and maintain grooming standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: Based on interview performance

Interview Location: Head Office – Kirti Nagar Industrial Area, Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
