Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Crew Members to join our team at Sendhanamak Café, Newtown. The role involves assisting in daily café operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting kitchen/serving staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude
• Take orders and handle billing/cash counter
• Prepare and serve beverages/snacks as per standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of café area
• Assist in kitchen support and food preparation when required
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
• Prior café/restaurant experience preferred (freshers can apply)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with a pleasant personality
