Job Title: Café Staff Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Café Staff to assist in daily café operations, including food & beverage preparation, serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers politely and take their orders. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages. Assist in preparing and serving snacks/food items. Handle billing and cash/card transactions. Maintain cleanliness of café tables, counters, and equipment. Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed. Refill supplies and keep stock organized. Provide excellent customer service and handle queries or complaints. Requirements: Basic knowledge of food & beverage service. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude. Prior experience in a café/restaurant is an advantage (not mandatory).
