Job Description

Job responsibilities

  • Food preparation: Preparing and presenting continental dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Hygiene and safety: Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health and safety guidelines in the kitchen.
  • Inventory management: Monitoring stock levels, receiving deliveries, and rotating ingredients to minimize spoilage.
  • Team collaboration: Working with other kitchen staff, such as commis chefs and senior chefs, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Cleaning: Sanitizing workstations, equipment, and utensils to meet kitchen standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
