As a barista, you will provide exceptional customer service by preparing and serving a wide variety of coffee and espresso drinks, as well as other beverages like tea and smoothies
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, etc.), drip coffee, teas, and smoothies, according to customer preferences and established recipes.
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner, helping them select drinks and offering suggestions. Handle customer concerns or special requests with a positive attitude.
Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and providing correct change. May also be responsible for opening or closing the register.
Keep work areas clean and organized, including cleaning coffee machines, utensils, countertops, and dining areas. Follow safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment.
