Job Description

As a customer service representative at the cafe, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Your primary role will be to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner. It is essential that you have good etiquette and are able to communicate effectively with customers. We are looking for someone who is soft-spoken yet confident in their abilities to assist customers. A degree in Hotel Management is a must for this position to ensure that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. Ideally, we are seeking candidates with at least 6 months of experience in a customer service or hospitality field. However, we are also open to considering freshers who demonstrate the required qualities and skills. This is a full-time position with day and morning shifts. Your work location will be in person at the cafe, where you will have the opportunity to interact with our valued customers on a daily basis.
