Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service (Front of House)
Greet customers warmly and take orders accuratelyExplain menu items, specials, and customisation options clearlyHandle billing using POS / cash responsiblyEnsure quick service and a positive customer experienceAddress basic customer queries or complaints politely
2. Cleanliness & Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counters, and service stationsEnsure tables are cleared and reset promptlyFollow daily cleaning and closing checklistsAdhere to FSSAI and café hygiene standards
3. Inventory & Operations Support
Assist in stock checking and reporting low inventoryReduce wastage by following proper handling and storage methodsSupport opening and closing duties of the caféWork closely with the café captain/manager to ensure smooth operations
4. Team & Brand Representation Work as part of a team and support colleagues when required Represent Urban Forest’s brand values: warmth, quality, and consistency Be punctual, disciplined, and well-groomed at all times
