Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Service (Front of House) Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately Explain menu items, specials, and customisation options clearly Handle billing using POS / cash responsibly Ensure quick service and a positive customer experience Address basic customer queries or complaints politely 2. Cleanliness & Hygiene Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counters, and service stations Ensure tables are cleared and reset promptly Follow daily cleaning and closing checklists Adhere to FSSAI and café hygiene standards 3. Inventory & Operations Support Assist in stock checking and reporting low inventory Reduce wastage by following proper handling and storage methods Support opening and closing duties of the café Work closely with the café captain/manager to ensure smooth operations 4. Team & Brand Representation Work as part of a team and support colleagues when required Represent Urban Forest’s brand values: warmth, quality, and consistency Be punctual, disciplined, and well-groomed at all times Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid time off Experience: Caf : 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
