CAE Engineer - Crash & Safety

Job Description: You will be responsible for conducting upper interior head impact analysis and model building. This includes creating CAE models at system level, BIW, and full vehicle level. You should have the ability to model and debug upper IHI / FMVSS 201U models using primer. Additionally, you must be capable of integrating upper trims and headliners into the vehicle environment. Your role will also involve running CAE upper IHI/FMVSS 201U analysis in LS-dyna, summarizing results, and efficiently communicating conclusions to customers. A good understanding of fundamental physics and structural engineering principles is essential for this role.
