CAE Engineer / ANSYS FEA Engineer

Role Overview: As a CAE Engineer/ANSYS FEA Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and executing Structural Analysis based on the requirements from the Design Team. Your role will involve performing Structural Analysis on identified components, preparing detailed reports, validating simulations with test results, refining simulation methods, and presenting results to both internal and external customers. Additionally, you will be expected to provide design recommendations based on simulation results. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute Structural Analysis based on Design Team requirements - Perform Structural Analysis on identified components and prepare detailed reports - Validate simulations with test results and refine simulation methods - Present results interpretation to internal and external customers - Provide design recommendations based on simulation results Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge of Finite Element Methods, particularly Structural Formulation - Experience in Static, Vibration, and Nonlinear analysis (Contact, Material) using Ansys Workbench - Ability to develop appropriate models using DM, Space Claim for pre-processing - Proficiency in sheet metal parts modeling in Ansys is mandatory - Familiarity with CAD tools such as CREO Additional Details: The company is looking for candidates with good communication skills, excellent team player abilities, and in-depth technical knowledge.
