As a CAE Engineer / ANSYS FEA Engineer, your main responsibilities will include planning and executing Structural Analysis based on the requirements provided by the Design Team. You will be conducting Structural Analysis on identified components, preparing detailed reports, and validating simulations by comparing them with test results. It will be crucial for you to refine simulation methods and present the results to both internal and external customers, along with suggesting design recommendations based on the simulation outcomes. To excel in this role, you must possess in-depth knowledge of Finite Element Methods, especially in Structural Formulation. You should have hands-on experience in Static, Vibration, and Nonlinear (Contact, Material) analyses using Ansys Workbench. Your expertise in developing appropriate models using DM and Space Claim for pre-processing tasks is essential. Proficiency in sheet metal parts modeling in Ansys is mandatory, and familiarity with CAD tools like CREO is highly beneficial. Excellent communication skills, being a strong team player, and having a profound technical understanding are key attributes for success in this position. Additionally, any knowledge in automobile product development or validation, as well as expertise in Vibrations and thermal analysis, will be considered advantageous. Ideally, you should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. This position is based in Pune and requires individuals with a solid background in various engineering domains and software applications.
