CAE Durability

Role Overview: As a Senior Engineer/ Technical Lead with expertise in Durability, you are expected to be proficient in ANSA for pre-processing and META for post-processing. Your role will involve utilizing your 3-9 years of experience in the durability domain to demonstrate good knowledge in Abaqus, specifically in deck preparation and convergence. Your expertise should cover areas such as Closures, BIW, Chassis-Suspension, or Trims Strength, stiffness, and durability Loadcases. Familiarity with fatigue knowledge, especially in n-Code, is essential, and knowledge in Nastran will be advantageous for this position. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of FEA basics, Engineering principles, Strength of materials, and engineering mechanics. Key Responsibilities: - Be well versed with ANSA for pre-processing and META for post-processing - Demonstrate good knowledge in Abaqus, particularly in deck preparation and convergence - Specialize in one of the following areas: Closures, BIW, Chassis-Suspension, or Trims Strength, stiffness, and durability Loadcases - Utilize fatigue knowledge, especially in n-Code, and be familiar with Nastran - Understand the basics of FEA, Engineering principles, Strength of materials, and engineering mechanics - Independently work with client requirements, review results, prepare reports, and suggest modifications or suggestions as needed - Correlate physical tests with CAE working models Qualifications Required: - Senior Engineer/Technical Lead with expertise in Durability - 3-9 years of experience in the durability domain - Good knowledge in Abaqus with respect to deck preparation and convergence - Familiarity with fatigue knowledge, experience in n-Code is an added advantage - Knowledge in Nastran will be beneficial - Understanding of FEA basics, Engineering principles, Strength of materials, and engineering mechanics - Ability to work independently with client requirements and review results - Highly desirable mindset to correlate physical tests with CAE working models,
