Job Description

CAD/CAM Programming

Develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam/Delcam/SolidCAM).
Create tool paths, fixtures, and process plans for machining operations.
Interpret engineering drawings and convert them into accurate CNC programs.
Optimize machining cycles to reduce time and improve quality.

Production Management

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities.
Allocate manpower, machines, tools, and materials for smooth production flow.
Ensure that machining processes meet quality standards and deadlines.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and stores departments.
Maintain production reports, tool life logs, and process documentation.

Machine Shop Supervision

Oversee CNC/VMC/Lathe machine operations.
Troubleshoot machining issues and provide technical guidance to operators.
Ensure workplace safety, 5S implementation, and machine upkeep.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
