As a CAD Designer, your responsibilities will include attending preliminary meetings with clients to grasp project specifications, collaborating with the construction team to establish timelines and budgets, utilizing design software to create 2D or 3D designs, researching material properties for optimal selection, conducting simulations and stress tests on 3D models, updating superintendents on design progress, receiving feedback from clients and managers, and making necessary design revisions. To qualify for this position, you should possess a diploma in Architecture/Civil or ITI in Civil, at least 2 years of experience in architectural design, proficiency in architectural design software like AutoCAD and SketchUp, impeccable attention to detail, strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
