Cad Design & Bluebeam Expertise

Role Overview: You will be responsible for CAD design and documentation, Bluebeam site analysis and management, project tracking and collaboration, as well as providing technical analysis and support. Your primary focus will be on creating detailed technical drawings, conducting site analysis, monitoring project milestones, and ensuring accuracy in technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and layouts using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar - Develop and maintain design standards, drawing templates, and produce accurate 2D and 3D models for project planning - Generate bill of materials (BOM) and technical specifications from CAD drawings - Conduct comprehensive site analysis using Bluebeam Revu for feasibility studies - Perform digital markup and annotation of site plans, drawings, and technical documents - Use Bluebeam's tracking features to monitor project milestones, design changes, and deliverables - Analyze site conditions, support field teams with accurate site documentation, and collaborate with project managers - Maintain version control, track revisions, and perform markup reviews on project documents Qualification Required: - 3-5 years of CAD proficiency with software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar - Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam Revu including site analysis tools, project tracking features, and real-time markup - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or related field - Bluebeam certification preferred, along with CAD certification or equivalent professional training - Experience in solar/renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure projects preferred - Knowledge of project management principles, GIS software, spatial analysis tools, and cloud-based collaboration platforms - Understanding of regulatory compliance, technical standards, and mobile field data collection and integration Additional Company Details: The company primarily uses CAD software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, and Bluebeam Revu for standard and extreme versions for collaboration.
