Cable Technician

As a Cable Technician, your main responsibility will be to run and pull coaxial, fiber optic, or Ethernet cables through walls, ceilings, and underground spaces. You will need to perform signal testing and troubleshooting using specialized equipment such as meters and toners. In case of any faulty cabling, connectors, or equipment, your task will be to repair or replace them promptly. Apart from the technical aspects, excellent customer service is also a key part of this role. You will be required to interact with customers, explain technical information in a simple manner to non-technical users, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process. Safety is of utmost importance in this job. It is crucial to follow safety procedures diligently and comply with company and local regulations to maintain a secure work environment. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires your physical presence at the work location.,
