Job Description

Greet passengers as they board the electric bus, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Assist passengers with seating and luggage, ensuring a smooth boarding process. Provide clear and friendly information about the journey, amenities, and any stops along the route. Respond promptly and professionally to any issues, complaints, or emergencies, escalating when necessary. Ensure that passengers are comfortable throughout the journey, offering help as needed. Conduct regular checks of emergency equipment, including fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and communication devices. Proactively engage with passengers to collect positive feedback and ratings on their travel experience. Maintain records and documents as per standard protocols.
