The Role As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, youll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. Required Technical and Professional Expertise 6+ Years of Experience in CA - JobTrac Scheduling Scheduling changes in Addition, Modification and Deletion Public/private cloud management. Especially migration from on prem to cloud solution A CA JobTrac and Scheduling Admin typically manages job scheduling and administration tasks using CA JobTrac, a job management tool. Responsibilities often include Scheduling, modifying, and deleting jobs as needed. Monitoring job execution and resolving scheduling conflicts or errors. Managing migrations, such as moving from on-premises to cloud solutions. Configuring and maintaining system settings for optimal performance. Generating reports and analyzing job performance metrics. Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth workflows. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Table Services (TS): ADR (Dataset Recognition Table) AMR (Message Recognition Tables) CCPF (CC Program Filter Tables) Holiday Calendar Activity: SYS HOL SYS CYCS Your comprehensive skill set in JobTrac Scheduling & Administration, combined with your automation experience, makes you a valuable asset in managing and optimizing job scheduling processes. Forecast and Reporting Job Use: Managing and utilizing forecast and reporting jobs. Dataset Table Cleanup Activity: Performing cleanup activities for dataset tables. Exclusive Parm Update: Managing mutual exclusive jobs through parameter updates. Tracauth Parm Update: Updating JobTrac authorization access parameters. JobTrac Queue Monitoring: Monitoring the JobTrac queue for efficient job scheduling. Line Commands and Their Uses: Proficient in using various line commands. Issue Resolution: Looping Issues: Identifying and resolving looping issues. Version Conflicts: Managing version conflicts between schedules and jobs. Job/Event History Report: Generating and analyzing job/event history reports. Audit History: Maintaining and reviewing audit history. Automation Experience: Especially in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), implementing automation solutions.
