CA Industrial Trainee-Intern (Risk and Control)

As a CA / Computer Engineering-Intern (Risk and Control), you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to our business control efforts. Your role will involve supporting day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring compliance with established policies. Your responsibilities will include: - Operational Support: Assisting in managing daily operations, overseeing policy maintenance, compliance, and adherence. Optimizing operational processes for maximum efficiency while upholding quality standards. Tracking and analyzing operational performance, providing detailed reports to stakeholders. - Policy Management: Supervising the maintenance of departmental policies, analyzing reports, and evaluating employee performance. Ensuring all policy and procedure documents are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards. - Process Rollout: Supporting the implementation of new processes and procedures, ensuring a seamless transition and adherence. - Collaboration: Coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to schedule training programs for department staff. Collaborating with the internal audit team and SMEs during audit activities for information exchange. Key requirements for this role include: - 0-2 years of experience in risk and control, internal audits/assessments, preferably in financial services, BFSI, or a related industry. - Proficiency in the MS Office suite. - Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with colleagues across different regions. - Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.,
