Job Overview

The Manager of Outsourced CFO Services with FP&A and MIS Skills will be responsible for managing a team of financial analysts and overseeing all aspects of the financial management services we provide to our clients. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality FP&A and MIS services to our clients, including financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis.

Eligibility: Chartered Accountant (1–2 years experience)About the Role:Join our growing CFO Services team in a client-facing role that blends financial planning and analysis (FP&A), MIS reporting, and financial advisory. You’ll lead projects, work closely with clients, and deliver high-impact financial insights.Key Responsibilities:
* Lead analyst teams and manage client deliverables* Handle budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and MIS* Analyze financial data to support decision-making* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations* Present reports and recommendations to clients* Drive process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally Required

• Skills:

* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Sound knowledge of accounting principles and compliance* Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and TallyGood to Have:* Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Zoho, or SAP* Prior team management experience* Hands-on financial modelling and dashboard creation
