*CA Aspirant* required for *2 years articleship training* at a consulting firm in *Nariman Point,* Mumbai

JD:

* *Learning to prepare and finalize accounts, MIS reports, and financial statements* for various clients

* Understanding and *assisting in statutory, tax, and internal audits,* including drafting audit reports, performing vouching, verification, and compliance procedures

* Gaining practical knowledge of *preparing and filing Income Tax, TDS, and GST returns,* as well as supporting basic tax planning, assessments, and responding to notices

* Learning to handle *ROC compliances, maintain Board Minutes and statutory registers, and draft corporate resolutions* and legal documents

* *Developing working knowledge of FEMA and RBI compliances,* including preparation and filing of forms like FC-GPR, FLA, ECB, and ODI, along with coordination with banks and regulatory authorities

* *Assisting in due diligence, valuations, business restructuring,* research assignments, and preparation of client presentations and reports
