Job Description

As a Collections Process Expert at BSv organisation, your role involves leveraging your deep knowledge of Collections to lead the achievement of service levels and key measurement targets. You will deliver high quality and cost-effective services that drive compelling business outcomes. Your focus will be on ensuring customer-focused and compliant services through the adoption of frictionless finance practices, processes, technologies, and methodologies that drive innovation and process improvements. Your expertise in this domain will also involve chasing outstanding invoices from customers of our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in or lead the achievement of service levels and key measurement targets - Deliver high quality and cost-effective services - Ensure customer-focused and compliant services - Adopt frictionless finance practices, processes, technologies, and methodologies - Chase outstanding invoices from customers of our clients Qualifications Required: - Entry and mid-Junior level in a Finance Administration role - Strong team player with the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders - Able to act on own initiative with regular supervision - Understands when to seek guidance/escalate - Supports experienced Finance specialists in delivering progress reporting, task management, and documentation for Finance activity,
