As a Manufacturing Coordinator at the Final Assembly Line for C295 in India (Vadodara), your role involves leading the coordination of manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing industrial activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Sustaining and supporting integration and testing during the assembly of aircraft at the Final Assembly Line (FAL), considering inputs from the multi-functional team (MFT) and focusing on continuous process improvement. - Standardizing the manufacturing process by implementing Standard Operating Instructions (SOI). - Analyzing and optimizing the build process to minimize production time waste and enhance production and product security. - Conducting systems integration and testing, including Configuration Control Management. - Integrating the Manufacturing Dossier with technical information, quality control, maintenance, health and safety guidelines, equipment, and tooling. - Performing troubleshooting during ground tests and flight line activities, particularly during final testing and customer acceptance phases. - Defining key characteristics of the product, addressing repetitive problems, and supporting the MFT with a focus on continuous improvement. - Analyzing industrial impacts related to new modifications and collaborating with the design office to ensure smooth industrialization and production adaptation. - Ensuring the configuration control of the product. In addition to your role responsibilities, you should possess the following knowledge and skills: - Proficiency in the English language at an autonomous level. - Engineering process knowledge related to aerostructures assembly and integration. - Experience in conducting Aircraft Systems functional tests and troubleshooting on aircraft. - Desirable experience in line maintenance and managing Technical Logbook (TLB), Quality Logbook (QLB), and Health and Safety (HNC) records. - Familiarity with Industrial Means technology and Project Management fundamentals. - Basic knowledge of Catia V5 software. - Willingness to travel occasionally, including a training period in Spain.
