You will be leading the coordination of manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing industrial activities at the Final Assembly Line for C295 in India (Vadodara). Your responsibilities will include sustaining and supporting integration and testing during aircraft assembly at the Final Assembly Line (FAL), standardizing the manufacturing process, analyzing and optimizing the build process, performing systems integration and testing, Configuration Control Management, troubleshooting at ground test and flight line, defining key characteristics of the product, supporting continuous improvement, analyzing industrial impacts due to new modifications, and ensuring configuration control of the product. Your knowledge and skills should include proficiency in the English language, engineering process knowledge for aerostructures assembly and integration, aircraft systems functional tests, troubleshooting on aircraft, line maintenance experience (desirable), familiarity with Technical Logbook (TLB), Quality Logbook (QLB) and HNC management (desirable), industrial means technology, project management fundamentals, basic knowledge of Catia V5, and availability for occasional travel, including a training period in Spain. This role requires you to have an awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity for the Company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
