Job Description

About the role:

Were a high-growth trading-technology company expanding into new asset classes. Were hiring C++ Engineers to design and build ultra-low-latency exchange trading applications from the ground up, including the connectivity layer, order book, trading/strategy engines, and OMS.

Role & responsibilities

Build core components of a world-class trading platform with a focus on microsecond-level latency and high throughput for market data and order flow.
Design and implement exchange connectivity, order books, trading/matching engines, strategy engines and OMS components (greenfield and iterative).
Develop execution, book-building, price-creation and risk-management algorithms in line with regulatory requirements.
Implement real-time data capture, processing and analytics using advanced data structures and performance-centric techniques.
Collaborate in an engineering-first culture that values delivery, code quality and measurable performance.

Preferred candidate profile

4+ years professional experience building performant systems in modern C++ (C++17/20) on Linux.
Deep knowledge of multithreading/concurrency, networking (sockets) and common open-source libraries.
A track record in front-office / trading-desk development is a strong plus.
Sharp focus on latency (single-digit microseconds) and throughput, with strong command of data structures and algorithms.
