Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing software applications with a focus on IDE/platform development, API development, and working with the .NET tech stack. Additionally, you will work on converting legacy applications and libraries from .NET Framework to .NET Core and .NET Standard. Strong experience in C#.NET for building Windows Desktop Applications, particularly WPF/WinForms, is highly preferred. You will also be involved in agile software development, debugging, troubleshooting for .NET Applications, and working with SQL and C++ programming. Key Responsibilities: - Develop applications in .NET Core, Libraries in .NET Standard, and .NET Framework - Convert legacy applications and libraries from .NET Framework to .NET Core and .NET Standard - Build Windows Desktop Applications using C#.NET, with a focus on WPF/WinForms - Work with an agile software development model - Debug and troubleshoot .NET Applications - Develop and deploy cross-platform applications using .NET Core and .NET Standard for Windows and Linux OS - Utilize Azure DevOps with Git or TFVC for development - Collaborate with distributed/remote development and test resources for timely and high-quality software releases Qualifications Required: - BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent - 5-8 years of software development experience - Fluent in the .NET tech stack (C#, .NET STD, .NET Core, .NET Framework) - 3-4 years of experience in developing applications in .NET Core, Libraries in .NET Standard, and .NET Framework - 3-4 years of C#.NET experience building Windows Desktop Applications, preferred WPF/WinForms - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for .NET Applications - Experience with SQL and C++ programming (highly desirable) - Experience with cross-platform application development using .NET Core, .NET Standard - Experience working with Azure DevOps using Git or TFVC - Experience with distributed/remote development and test resources Please note: Additional details about the company are not provided in the job description.
