C++ Developer

**Job Description:** You will play a fundamental role in delivering World Class Apps, Services, and Technos creating emotions & value to end-users as a C++ Developer in our DELMIA R&D organization. Your primary responsibility will be the development of DELMIA Process Planning Suite of Software Applications. Here are your key responsibilities: - Design the software system, select algorithms, theories, or technologies to use, plan appropriate user interface, and identify/manage dependencies with other components - Document selections in a PES (Product Enhancement Specification Document) and develop/implement new functionalities described in PES by coding, compiling, and running unit tests - Ensure knowledge sharing within the team, work towards development convergence, improve code quality, and resolve quality issues - Stay updated with the latest technological developments, understand development partner requirements, and keep abreast of competing products and future technologies **Qualifications/Experience:** - Bachelor/Master's in Mechanical/Computer Science or related Engineering - 2-5 years of experience in software development - Strong programming skills in C/C++ on Windows platform - Knowledgeable in Software Architecture, OOPS Concepts, Data structures, and Algorithms - Independent with good problem-solving ability, fast learner, and proficient in English (spoken & written) - Experience in COM, CAD/CAM, R&D methods/process/tools will be an added advantage You will be part of a company that values diversity and inclusivity, striving to build more diverse and inclusive teams globally.
