Role Description: Salesperson (Full-Time, On-Site – Navi Mumbai) We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our digital services business. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored solutions from our portfolio of digital and tech services. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective clients Generate qualified sales leads through various channels including cold calls, networking, and referrals Present and effectively demonstrate our digital and technology services to potential clients Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Maintain and update customer databases using CRM tools Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and product knowledge Qualifications: Proven experience in sales with a track record of lead generation and successful deal closures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong presentation and negotiation abilities Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently Experience with CRM tools and customer database management Awareness of digital marketing and technology trends is preferred Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the digital or technology sector will be considered an advantage
