The Pharmaceutical Buyer Outreach & Business Development Executive position based in HiTech City, Hyderabad, India, is seeking a proactive and data-driven individual with experience in pharmaceutical buyer outreach, tender coordination, and international B2B sales. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with institutional buyers, managing end-to-end tender processes, leading product launches in regulated markets, and conducting market analysis using tools such as IQVIA. Additionally, you will utilize SAP and CRM systems to manage orders and track deliveries. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management, Marketing, or Finance and possess at least 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development, tenders, or institutional sales. Experience with international buyers and multi-country product launches is also required. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and build relationships with institutional buyers such as UNOPS, PAHO, WHO TB, NACO, KEMSA. - Manage end-to-end tender processes including pre-qualification, submission, and post-bid coordination. - Lead product launches in EU/access markets with market analysis and pricing strategies. - Conduct research using IQVIA and other tools to forecast demand and support GTM plans. - Utilize SAP and CRM systems to manage orders, coordinate with internal teams, and track deliveries. Qualifications: - MBA in Pharmaceutical Management, Marketing, or Finance. - 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development, tenders, or institutional sales. - Experience with international buyers and multi-country product launches. You will be joining a new export-focused venture with a primary goal of connecting high-quality, farm-fresh vegetables from India to international markets. The initial focus will be on exporting onions, with plans for expanding into a wider range of vegetables in the future. The venture is looking to assemble a founding team to spearhead sales efforts, beginning with an individual who possesses the expertise to identify and secure international buyers. As the Export Sales Co-Founder, your main responsibility will be to drive revenue generation by identifying buyers and facilitating export sales, starting with onions. You will be instrumental in kickstarting operations by establishing relationships with importers, distributors, and bulk buyers in the target markets. Additionally, you will contribute to shaping the long-term sales strategy and will hold a position on the board of directors. Your key responsibilities will include leading the efforts to acquire international buyers for Indian onions, focusing initially on Bangladesh and the UAE. You will be tasked with developing and managing a robust pipeline of sales leads, finalizing deals with various B2B clients such as importers, wholesalers, and distributors. Collaboration with sourcing, quality control, and logistics teams will be essential to ensure seamless and timely export operations. It will also be your responsibility to identify new market opportunities and buyer segments as the company expands its product offerings beyond onions.
