Implement accord/alliance (fire, electrical, and structural) in coordination with safety, welfare, NGO's, and factory production staff. Maintain every compliance mechanism and tool internally through a weekly, monthly, and yearly comparative statistical report and tool. Give suggestions to the management regarding several important pronouncements and decisions of the law and other COCs for the growth of the company. Conduct in-house training for all employees on maintaining COC. Review and update all legal documents, certificates, and licenses from time to time by communicating with HR. Conducting weekly and monthly meetings with the team Update the management with all compliance reports on a regular basis.
