Butterflies is looking for a candidate for the post of Programme office r (Life Skills Education Programme) based in Delhi. Job Description: Reach out to out-of-school children, adolescents, and their families in the communities in urban areas and develop profiles. Coordinate life skills education program for out-of-school, street-connected children and adolescents in the district. Implement all the program activities according to the goals and objectives, outcomes, and tracking the milestones. Organize activities with children including training workshops, sessions, and exposure visits. Organize activities with families as part of family-strengthening initiatives. Document case studies, stories of change, and analytical program reports and submit them to the supervisor. Coordinate, and collaborate with educators, and community mobilizers as a team. Experience and Qualification: The candidate should have a master’s degree in Social Work/Social Science or Education and should have at least 3 years of working experience with children. S/he should have good knowledge about life skills education. Please note that applications that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. Appointment: This will be a contractual appointment initially for a probation period of 6 months and thereafter for a year based on the performance appraisal. The Contract may be renewed every year depending on the availability of the funds. Remuneration: Monthly remuneration of Rupees 25000 to 30000 according to the experience, qualification, and competency of the candidate.
