Job Role & Career Path:

As part of our expansion plans across Tamil Nadu and other regions, we are looking to onboard 15 dynamic Business Managers.

Selected candidates begin as Management Associates and undergo our structured Global Training Module (GTM), covering Marketing, HR, Operations, and Finance over 6/12/18 months, progressing through the levels:

Business Associate → HR Trainer → Team Leader → Assistant Branch Head → Business Head

Key Responsibilities:

Represent and promote top-tier clients (Blue-Chip Companies)

Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships

Engage in field activities and prospecting within assigned regions

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 15–20 young professionals

Oversee training and team development

Gain a strong understanding of business operations and financial management

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

Excellent business awareness and problem-solving abilities

Creative, hardworking, and high-energy personality

Ability to manage teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience: 0–1years

Age: 20–26 years

Compensation :

Up to ₹25,000 per month as a Trainee
