Business Unit Program Manager

As a Business Unit Project/Program Manager at our company, you will work independently to lead large-scale projects/programs for a designated client, focusing on areas such as quality assurance, systems, and manufacturing operations. Your role will involve utilizing your extensive knowledge and skills to manage large projects with significant scope and impact. You will have the opportunity to tackle challenging assignments that require originality and ingenuity, providing comprehensive solutions to complex problems. Your performance will be evaluated at key milestones to ensure the achievement of specified results. Extensive interaction with both internal and external customers will be essential to gather and provide necessary information. Key Responsibilities: - Oversight of key projects or multiple related projects/programs in alignment with the Business Unit's strategy - Management of projects/programs under the direction of the Business Unit - Leading project teams to deliver results within schedule, budget, and resource constraints - Managing customer programs with a focus on customer satisfaction - Serving as the primary Jabil point of contact for customers - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer satisfaction - Leading and implementing programs that transcend functions, organizations, regions, and cultures - Managing the development of products across the product lifecycle stages Qualifications Required: - Broad manufacturing knowledge including materials, processes, test, and logistics - Proficiency in Jabil tools such as the Financial system and quote process - Strong Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) skills - Fundamental understanding of cost accounting principles - Solid Supply Chain Management skills - Effective project and/or program management abilities - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders - Strong analytical skills to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions - Proficiency in using personal computers and related software - Advanced PC skills including familiarity with Jabils software packages - Basic writing and communication skills - Ability to carry out instructions and deal with standardized situations effectively - Proficiency in mathematical calculations and data interpretation, including graphs You will play a crucial role in driving project success, exceeding customer expectations, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.,
