As a Business Transformation Associate Manager at Accenture, your role involves developing transformation vision, assessing capability gaps, and planning journey management to enable profitable and sustainable growth. You will be part of Accenture's Business Transformation team, driving Digital & Process transformation to achieve significant business outcomes for clients. Your responsibilities include: - Spearheading end-to-end Finance & Accounting transformation initiatives, focusing on the Record to Report (RTR) process - Acting as a thought leader and evangelist for RTR transformation solutions, demonstrating expertise in best practices and emerging trends - Creating customer-engaging solutions for RTR transformation to optimize close cycles, enhance data accuracy, and improve financial insights - Maintaining a strong pipeline of RTR-focused proposals by delivering tangible business outcomes and enhancing stakeholder experience - Accelerating the journey to digital, data-driven, intelligent RTR operations by integrating innovative digital technologies and industry expertise - Engaging with client senior leadership to create RTR Transformation Roadmap and Target Operating Model design - Advising clients on leveraging automation (RPA, AI/ML) as a strategic enabler within RTR processes - Driving Work Orchestration within RTR through Intelligent Finance, Flexible Operating Models, and Automated & Agile Workforce - Collaborating with cross-functional teams within Accenture's digital ecosystem and partners to evangelize solutions in RTR In this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of commercial structures for transformation proposals and their impact on P&L, specifically within the context of RTR value creation.
