Delivery Governance Oversee execution, track project health, and ensure seamless delivery in coordination with operations. Relationship Leadership Build and maintain trust across all customer levelsfrom operational stakeholders to the C-suite. Contact Matrix Management Map and manage key relationships to strengthen engagement and expand influence. Cross-Functional Alignment Inspire and align internal teams (without direct authority) through clear direction and collaboration. Time & Priority Management Balance internal coordination and external engagement to maximize value creation. Key Accountabilities Deepen and expand customer relationships across key accounts. Collaborate with sales to unlock new revenue streams. Partner with delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve defined growth targets within assigned verticals.
