Job Description: Business Telecaller – PLTB Location: Yerwada, Pune Open Positions: 15 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives Job Description: We are hiring Business Telecallers for our PLTB (Personal Loan Telecalling Business) process. The role involves engaging with potential customers over phone calls, providing accurate information, and driving successful lead conversion. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain PLTB (Personal Loan Telecalling Business) offerings. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Maintain records of customer interactions and update the database regularly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversion. Follow communication “scripts” to handle customer objections effectively. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Requirements: Qualification: Minimum HSC/Graduate (any stream). Experience: Fresher/Experienced candidates can apply. Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred. Female candidates with sales and calling experience can also apply. Languages Required: Hindi / English / Telugu / Malayalam / Tamil / Kannada (fluency in any one or more).
