Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Write and execute SQL queries for data extraction and troubleshooting.
Utilize MongoDB basics for analyzing and understanding database-related issues.
Apply advanced Excel formulas for data manipulation and reporting.
Act as a liaison between Business Operations and Engineering teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Analyze production bugs, provide insights, and assist the engineering team in issue resolution.
Maintain detailed documentation of processes, bugs, and solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or an MBA.
1-3yrs of experience in writing and executing SQL queries
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and accuracy in analysis.

Skills:

Proficiency in SQL queries and database analysis.
Basic understanding of MongoDB.
Strong knowledge of Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
