Business System Specialist

Role Description

We are seeking a Business System Specialist for a full-time, on-site role . The individual in this role will analyze business systems, gather and evaluate requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and apply systems analysis techniques to solve operational issues. The Business System Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and ensure effective system functionality and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Systems Analysis and Business Analysis
• Experience with Business Process improvement and optimization
• Ability to define, elicit, and document Business Requirements effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent are beneficial
