We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Allvue (Everest) Support Specialist who can also take on the responsibilities of a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the finance technology industry, with specific experience in Allvue (Everest by Black Mountain Systems). This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the IT solutions team to enhance system functionality. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert-level support for the Allvue (Everest) platform, addressing functional issues and ensuring smooth operation. Collaborate with the IT solutions team to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements. Act as a Business Analyst, gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders, and translating them into technical specifications. Troubleshoot technical problems, debug and maintain existing code, and collaborate with the business development team to find effective solutions. Lead meetings specific to production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations. Identify, document, and address recurring issues to improve system performance and user experience. Develop and deliver training sessions and comprehensive documentation for users. Stay updated with the latest developments in Allvue and related technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions. Qualifications: 7+ years of Extensive experience in the finance technology industry, with a focus on Allvue (Everest by Black Mountain Systems). Strong domain knowledge of trade life cycle development and related processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. Experience in leading meetings and managing production issues. Ability to create and deliver training sessions and detailed documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with other financial software and systems. Experience in project management and business development. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
