Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of a specialist business support team at Fujitsu, a global leader in digital transformation. Your role will involve providing expert support in areas such as Security, Asset Management, Information Management, or Resource Management to ensure the reliability and improvement of services for internal or external customers. You will play a key role in analyzing market trends, diagnosing potential problems, building strong relationships, planning and organizing work, communicating effectively, maintaining technical knowledge, and contributing to personal development. Key Responsibilities: - Provide specialist knowledge in one of the disciplines for a service delivery unit, business area, or team to improve customer service. - Analyze market trends to diagnose potential problems in advance and discuss resolutions with management. - Interface with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain working relationships. - Recognize changes in priorities and take necessary actions to achieve targets. - Communicate effectively with a diverse audience regarding the specialist area. - Define, develop, and maintain relevant data for the specialist team to improve processes, standards, and practices. - Maintain technical knowledge in the specialist area to support the team effectively. - Recognize the business impact of your role and help maintain productivity and costs. - Take initiative to extend knowledge and contribute personally to the team's development. Qualifications Required: - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Japanese (N2/N3 certificates; N1 highly desirable) and English. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Proven experience in working with Japanese clients. - Strong team handling abilities.
