Responsibilities:- Published accurate and insightful MIS reports for various stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making Coordinated effectively with cross-functional departments to source, validate, and consolidate primary data Ensured precision, consistency, and integrity in all reports through strong attention to detail and data verification processes Designed and maintained dynamic dashboards for weekly and monthly business reviews, enabling performance monitoring and trend analysis Key Skills Python, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, Dashboard Management, MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts), MS PowerPoint, Cross-functional Coordination, Data Accuracy, Business Intelligence, Stakeholder Management Preferred candidate profile A graduate with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Management Information Systems (MIS), banking operations, and data analysis Strong proficiency in Python, Microsoft Office tools, with advanced skills in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and dashboard creation) and PowerPoint for professional presentations Adept at data management, report generation, and delivering actionable insights to support business decision-making
