Role Objective (90-Day Outcomes) Build a 4× pipeline of monthly target within 6 weeks 12–15 qualified meetings/week | 4–6 proposals/week | 3–4 deals/month Win rate ≥ 25% on qualified opportunities | NPS ≥ 8/10 for new clients Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Gen: Outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp cadences, events (BNI/Rotary), channel partners (CAs, IT firms, industry groups), and referral programs. Discovery & Diagnosis: Run BSM Business Health Check to quantify pain (₹/time), prioritize use-cases (CRM, automation, dashboards, SOPs), and align stakeholders. Solutioning & Demos: Co-create proposals/SOWs with consulting team; present case studies & ROI; craft pilots/PoCs with clear success metrics. Pipeline & CRM: Maintain HubSpot/Zoho (or BSM CRM): stages, probabilities, notes, tasks, and weekly forecasts; zero-leak follow-ups. Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections (budget/timing/change mgmt), structure milestone billing , finalize NDA/MSA, and close. Handover & Expansion: Run kickoff checklist → smooth transition to delivery; upsell retainers, training, and analytics packs by Day-30. Reporting: Daily activity log; weekly funnel review; monthly Target vs Actual with insights and next actions. Market Intel: Track competitors, pricing, and sector trends; feed back to marketing. Must-Have Qualifications 2–5 years B2B sales in consulting/SaaS/ERP/industrial services/digital marketing. Strong business acumen with SMEs (manufacturing/retail preferred). Tools: Google Workspace, PPT, CRM (HubSpot/Zoho) , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WhatsApp Business. (Bonus: basic awareness of Power BI/Tableau/Apps Script.) Languages: English + Hindi (Marathi preferred; Konkani is a plus). Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel. Skills & Mindset Hunter mentality, disciplined follow-ups, crisp storytelling with numbers. Objection handling, negotiation, stakeholder management. Process-driven: works from playbooks, still innovates. High ownership & ethics.
