Job Responsibilities:
· Identify, on board, and manage channel partners and DSAs for sourcing eligible customers.
· Guide partners in customer acquisition for financial inclusion programs like PID.
· Support end-to-end on boarding, including KYC document collection and verification.
· Coordinate with internal operations to ensure timely disbursement and activation.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with partner clients and their networks.
· Act as a single point of contact for all channel-related queries and escalations.
· Good understanding of loan products and customer documentation processes.
· Ability to work with external partners, DSAs, or agents
· Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
