Job Description

The role of a Business Resilience Analyst at Corporate Services & Sustainability in Bangalore requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and a graduation degree. As a part of the Business Resilience Services (BRS) Team, you will support the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program by applying analytics and visualization methods using the latest software techniques. Your responsibilities will include aligning with the business resilience program, developing advanced data visualizations through Power BI, supporting day-to-day operations of the BRS program, tracking compliance to business continuity controls, integrating analytics outcomes for valuable insights, and collaborating with stakeholders globally to design and execute solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in analytics and modeling, proficiency in survey data analytics, business resilience analytics, and predictive modeling/machine learning techniques, as well as excellent communication skills in English. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to work with diverse teams, understand complex business problems, and transform them into actionable solutions. Having a certification in Analytics and the personal attributes to build necessary skills and establish yourself as an expert will be advantageous for this position. By leveraging a combination of internal assets, third-party solutions, and open-source tools, you will contribute to the enhancement of the BCM program and add value to Accenture and its clients.,
