Business Process Excellence Manager, Inbound to Outbound

As a Business Process Excellence Manager - Inbound to Outbound at ZEISS in India, you will play a crucial role in transforming and enhancing all logistics and distribution processes within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the integration of SAP S/4HANA solutions to streamline and optimize warehouse management, transportation, and overall supply chain efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include: - Taking ownership of the I2O workstream, overseeing the design, deployment, and sustainability of global I2O processes such as EWM, Transport & Logistics processes. - Conducting process analysis and design by identifying inefficiencies, gathering business requirements, and developing AS-IS & TO-BE process maps utilizing SAP S/4HANA capabilities. - Designing solutions and analyzing requirements to bridge process gaps, manage dependencies with other streams, and translate requirements into functional designs. - Implementing SAP S/4HANA for Extended Warehouse Management to enhance inbound and outbound logistics operations, focusing on production supply optimization and utilizing mobile devices in warehouse operations. - Leading initiatives to streamline freight order management, route planning, and freight settlement to reduce transportation costs and improve delivery timelines. - Managing quality control processes, including claim management and quality inspections, to uphold high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A bachelor's/master's degree in business administration, Logistics, Production, SCM, or a related field. - A minimum of 8 years of experience as a key user or business user in the Logistics/Warehousing domain or managing projects focused on business process excellence, especially within SAP ERP transformations in Logistics/EWM. - Experience in SAP S4 HANA Logistics & Warehouse management as a Process expert is advantageous. - Proficiency in Inbound to Outbound processes like Warehousing (including 3PL, EWM), Packaging & Transport, Customs, and expertise in tools like Signavio, JIRA, SAP. - Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and influence leadership effectively.
