Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, analyzing existing processes, and ensuring that the designs meet the necessary standards and expectations. You will also play a crucial role in educating stakeholders about the designs, ensuring clarity and understanding throughout the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality management, making it essential to maintain effective communication and collaboration with team members and other departments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and design specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
