Project Role Description Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Key Responsibilities1.Understand the flow of data and business processes in the system2.Conduct requirement transition workshops to help technical team understand the functional design document3.Understand the Functional design document and help the technical team solution it 4.Support the testing team for high level business scenarios 5.Work with onshore team to support any updates to the functional design document if needed6.Understand the external interfaces and APIs involvedTechnical Experience1.Worked as a business analyst on large scale SI projects 2.Worked on creating and analyzing functional design documents 3.Knowledge of functional testing 4.BCS ISEB / IIBA certified5.Knowledge of MS Visio, Jira tools is preferredProfessional attribute1.Candidate should have strong written and spoken communication skills 2.Candidate should also demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving 3.Good Team player Qualification 15 years full time education
