Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Google Cloud Data Services, Real Time Character Modeling.- Strong understanding of process optimization techniques.- Experience in business process reengineering.- Knowledge of process mapping and modeling tools.- Ability to conduct business process analysis.
