Business Partner - DE&I and CSR

As a Business Partner Belonging (DE&I) & CSR at TII, you will play a crucial role as a strategic partner for business leadership, Human Resources, and team members. Your responsibilities will involve consulting, advising, providing internal/external insights, and offering guidance to ensure the success of leaders and team members. Your efforts will contribute towards creating a safe and inclusive work environment where all dimensions of difference are valued and represented. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with ERGs to enhance team member sense of belonging and community, aligning their strategy with broader Belonging and Enterprise goals - Establish governance in ERG processes and drive outcomes by aligning interaction models with the Belonging Ecosystem - Collaborate with HR and non-HR partners to influence systems and practices that promote equitable opportunities and inclusive experiences for historically marginalized populations - Provide DE&I consultancy on programs such as Udaan, Upcurve, and BounceBack **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university - 4-8 years of experience, preferably in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) or a combination of DE&I and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) - Experience in broader HR functions is beneficial, especially if actively involved in DE&I initiatives or programs Additionally, your role will involve translating strategic Belonging & CSR initiatives into actionable plans, ensuring executional excellence, communicating the impact of your work effectively, operationalizing key events, and managing the Belonging & CSR budget efficiently. You will also be responsible for identifying and leveraging external partnerships to stay connected and influence progress in Belonging & CSR initiatives.
