Job Description: As a Partner Onboarding Executive at Alice Blue, your primary responsibility will be to onboard new business partners, facilitate a smooth activation process, and establish and maintain strong relationships with our partners. You will play a crucial role in achieving partner logins, conducting partner engagement visits, supporting partners throughout the onboarding journey, and ensuring their satisfaction through regular follow-ups. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to work autonomously to meet monthly targets, and be willing to travel locally for partner visits.
